Meet Our Staff
Daphne Johnson, PastorDaphne Johnsoh has served as our Senior Pastor since 2006. Originally from Alabama she has been in Florida since 1976. Daphne has a BS in Marketing and an MBA both from Florida Southern College and earned her M.Div degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University.
Sharon Wood, Administrative Assistant Sharon Wood has been our Administrative Assistant since 2005. Sharon keeps the office and our communication running smoothly.
Susan Wuitchick, Treasurer Susan Wuitchick has been our Treasurer since 2007.
Sue Fee, Organist Sue Fee has been our organist since 1981. She is an excellent organist whose music brings a lot to our worship services. Sue is a Staff Accompanist in the Music Department of Florida Southern College and also accompanies the Lakeland Choral Society.
Ann Wood, Music DirectorAnn Wood has been our Music Director since . She directs our Sanctuary Choir, our Bell Choir and our Children's Choir. Ann is a retired Elementary Music Teacher from the Polk County School System.
Thelma Williams, Minister of Visitation to Shut-insThelma Williams has been our Minister of visitation since 2008. Thelma visits with all of our shut-ins as well as members and friends who are going through long-term rehab. Thelma keeps our shut-ins connected with the church family and the church family connected with them.
Andy Williams, Chef
Chef Andy has been with us since 2008. He keeps us well fed during our Wednesday Evening Program dinners. He also provides many other meals for us and our different ministries during the year.
Debbie Glisson, Preschool Director
Debbie Glisson is the Director for our Preschool which includes a Cooperative for 2 and 3 year olds and a VPK for 4 year olds. She has been our director since 2008.
Marge Dibble, Custodian Marge Dibble handles all of our custodial duties. She has been with us since
